SHIPPING

Items are processed 24-72 hours after checkout and are shipped Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00pm EST and Saturday will ship the following Monday. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery, but may be longer. If you need your purchase sooner, please reach out to us at allison@coplons.com.

LOCAL PICKUP

Free local pickup is available Monday- Saturday during business hours and can be selected at checkout. We will notify you by email or phone when your order is ready.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or undamaged regular price merchandise. Returns accepted within 5 days from date of delivery will be refunded in the original form of payment. No returns on face masks, intimates, formalwear, jewelry, or sale items. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 

Should you need a different size and it is available, we will happily exchange any unworn and unwashed merchandise within 5 days from date of delivery. Tags must be attached. Customer is responsible for any exchange shipping costs.
