Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 24–72 hours of checkout and ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday or over the weekend will ship the following Monday. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, though carrier delays may occasionally extend this timeframe.
Once an order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please note that Coplon’s is not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer at the time the package is handed off to the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows delivered but you are unable to locate your package, we recommend:

LOCAL PICKUP
Free local pickup is available Monday - Saturday during business hours and can be selected at checkout. We will notify you by email or phone when your order is ready.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged regular price merchandise. Returns mailed within 5 business days from date of delivery will be refunded in the original form of payment. No returns on beauty products, intimates, formalwear, jewelry, or sale items. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Should you need a different size and it is available, we will happily exchange any unworn and unwashed merchandise within 5 business days from date of delivery. Tags must be attached. Customer is responsible for any exchange shipping costs.
